Browse creators, pick one you love, fill in the details for your personalised video (occasion, recipient name, what you'd like them to say), and complete payment. The creator then records your video within their stated response time and you get notified when it's ready.
How long does delivery take?
Each creator sets their own response time (usually 1–7 days). Priority orders (marked ⚡) are guaranteed within 24 hours. You can see the creator's response time on their profile before booking.
What if I don't hear back?
If a creator doesn't respond within 24 hours for priority orders, or within their stated time, we'll automatically cancel and fully refund your order.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the creator declines or fails to deliver, you'll receive a full refund within 5–7 business days. We don't offer refunds for delivered videos unless there's a technical issue.
What file format is the video delivered in?
Videos are delivered as MP4 files optimised for sharing on social media. You can watch, download, and share directly from the app.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed via Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

How do I join as a creator?
Click 'Apply as Creator' on the homepage and fill in your application. Our team reviews all applications within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email when approved.
How much do I earn?
You keep 80% of every order. Fanreel takes a 20% platform fee to cover payment processing, customer support, and platform costs. There's no monthly fee.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed every Monday for the previous week's completed orders. Funds arrive in your bank account within 2–3 business days via NEFT/IMPS.
Can I set my own prices?
Absolutely. You set your own base price and can offer a priority rate for same-day delivery. Most successful creators charge ₹499–₹4,999 per video.
Do I have to accept every order?
No. You can decline any order within the response window. Repeated declines may affect your search ranking, so only set response times you can realistically meet.
What equipment do I need?
A modern smartphone with a decent camera is all you need. Good lighting (natural light works great) and clear audio make a huge difference in review scores.

Is Fanreel available outside India?
Currently Fanreel serves India only. We accept INR payments and pay out via Indian bank accounts. International expansion is on our roadmap.
