By accessing or using Fanreel ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fanreel. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts are non-transferable.
When you place a booking, you pay the full amount upfront. Orders enter the creator's queue as "paid". Creators accept or decline within their stated response window. If declined, a full refund is initiated automatically. Delivery timelines are the creator's stated response days (or 24 hours for priority orders).
Creators must: (a) deliver videos within their stated response window, (b) decline orders they cannot fulfil promptly, (c) maintain content standards (no illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content), and (d) not solicit off-platform contact or payments.
Full refunds are issued automatically when: (a) a creator declines an order, (b) an order is not delivered within 2× the stated response time, or (c) the delivered video materially fails to meet the brief. Refund requests for other reasons are reviewed case-by-case within 5 business days. No refunds are issued once a fan has downloaded the video.
Creators retain copyright to their recorded content. By recording a video on Fanreel, creators grant fans a personal, non-commercial licence to view, download, and share the video for personal use. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. Fanreel may use creator profiles and content for platform marketing.
You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose, (b) circumvent the platform to make direct payments to creators, (c) upload malware or engage in scraping, (d) harass, threaten, or abuse creators or fans, (e) create fake reviews or impersonate others.
Fanreel is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the content of videos created by creators. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
